A series of guides that might help some people (sometimes) who work with ABCD and HBCD data.

Introduction

This website is meant to serve as an introduction to:

• loading and analyzing large neuroimaging datasets at UVM
• data science project best practices
• doing reproducible science.

This guide presumes the following:

• you have an account with the Vermont Advanced Computing Center (VACC)
• you are using one of the following operating systems:
  • Linux (any distribution)
  • macOS
  • Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL)
